Neptuno patch 2.0

--> Adjustment on all audio timing. 

--> Game now can be played on browser!

--> All game art glow up.

--> 2º and 3º ending now both have higher requirements to get.

(1500 --> 3000 points)

( 250 --> 300  aqua)

--> Rat event now loads once before plaing (used to do it twice).

--> Special crew members text doen't auto skip any more.

--> New sprites for the safe files.

--> Captains now have a description, and can be checked on the nightfall menu.

--> Game folder is now more size efficiant (errased unnecesary files).

--> The musitian is now gay.
